Pre-built FAQ page

Create a FAQ page

Go to Online store > Pages > click on Add page > give it a name and assign it the "faq" theme template like this:

Add the FAQ page to your navigation

Go to Online store > Navigation and from there you can add the page you created to the menu of your choice.

Customize the FAQ page

From the theme editor click on Pages and select faq.
