Adding the Horizontal ticker

Click on Add Section in Theme Customizer and click Horizontal Ticker.

Adding a new ticker text

To create new ticker texts, click Add text.

Editing each text

To edit each text, click on it. You can change its text there.

Editing section settings

To change the ticker’s settings, click on The Horizontal ticker section.

From there you can change the following: ticker's speed, spacing between text rows, text settings and the color scheme.
